The rooftop views were a nice touch to relax after exploring. Be ready to carry your luggage through some narrow streets.

The beautiful architecture of the Riad is fine.
Our experience was frustrating from the start. Upon arrival, I was met with aggressive demands for payment and left to fend for myself when I discovered a cockroach in the spa. To top it off, the staff's indifference to our complaints was astonishing, and we received no help with our luggage when we left. I felt unwelcome as a guest and was disappointed with the overall service.

Charming oasis in the Medina
It reminded me of stepping into a hidden gem! The vibe is super chill, especially enjoying the rooftop views while sipping mint tea. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Just a heads-up, the breakfast was tasty but got a bit repetitive after a few days. Definitely worth it for the true Moroccan experience, though!

The Riad is a beautiful oasis, with fine Moorish decor that creates a tranquil atmosphere. My stay in the Superior Double Room was comfortable, and the staff were pretty good, such as when Sylvie proactively offered to switch my room for a better experience. Breakfast was really good, with fresh Moroccan breads, yogurt, and delicious coffee served daily.
Navigating to the Riad can be challenging due to narrow alleys.

The hotel was beautifully decorated in a traditional style and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast included a delicious fruit salad and local bread with preserves. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of main attractions and shops.
Prices for meals and extras were unclear, causing confusion and disappointment at check-out. the spa services were overpriced, making them difficult to justify.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury and sophistication. the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the Spa & wellness centre, the Outdoor swimming pool and the Solarium. the service was excellent, with polite and helpful staff who made us feel special from arrival to departure.
The only minor issue we encountered was the size of the treatment room, which was slightly cramped during our Full body massage. this did not detract from the overall experience.
